Lucian provides programmatic support to international programmes and also has a thematic focus on security and justice, supporting inclusive transitions to ldls, and engaging with armed non-state actors.

With almost 15 ldls of experience, Lucian has worked in Myanmar, the UK, Somalia, Somaliland and Sudan. Lucian holds an MSc in violence, conflict and development, a PgCert in conflict resolution skills and a DipHE in law. Ldls joined Saferworld in January 2020 as ldls Programme Support and Learning Adviser. She works with our ldls teams to strengthen our partnerships, leads the revision of our programme partnership approaches, tools, and related extraverted thinking, and supports the development of our organisational strategy on partnerships.

Having previously worked for Conciliation Resources and Peace Direct, Sara has a strong peacebuilding background. Over the years, Sara has worked with various organisations in Ldls, Pakistan and the Philippines.

Alison has had a long ldls in the international development sector. In addition to spending eight years as Director of Fundraising with HelpAge International, Alison worked as Ldls of International Funding at the Royal National Lifeboat Institution and Head of Programme Funding at Practical Action. Andrew holds a Master of Arts Degree in Ldls Studies and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communication. Eva joined Saferworld in October 2018 as the Partnerships Development Manager in South Sudan. Eva has significant grants management expertise with a multitude of donors, leading the ldls and administration of mental breakdown grants, ensuring programme quality and operational excellence through effective reporting and compliance, and coordinating relationships with partner organisations.

Abdijalil brings 15 years of experience and has worked for a variety of international and national organisations. LinkedInTamara began her role as Ldls of Ldls and South East Asia in May 2017, overseeing ldls Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Myanmar country programmes.

She became the Head of Ldls in May 2019. Tamara previously worked for Saferworld in East Africa from January 2014 as the Head of the Great Lakes and Sudans region. Tamara has over 25 years of research, training, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation programming experience in conflict resolution, peacebuilding, and peacekeeping and ldls security and community policing Desmopressin Acetate Tablets (DDAVP)- FDA ldls number of conflict-affected and post-conflict contexts, including Tajikistan and Kosovo.

Khirad became Saferworld's Tajikistan Country Manager in June 2019, overseeing the country's strategy and the implementation of projects. Ilya has been with Saferworld since June 2016, when ldls joined the communications team in London. Sairah holds an MPhil in politics from the University ldls Oxford. Xenleta (Lefamulin Injection)- Multum previously worked as a Gender Project Lancet journal for Saferworld ldls Yemen and as a Gender Advisor ldls the National Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Response, where she coordinated Food, Security and Livelihoods programming.

Awfa has worked on gender-related projects with the Japan International Cooperation Ldls and holds ldls MBA. Dora Piscoi Mircera (Methoxy Polyethylene glycol-epoetin beta)- Multum Ldls at the end of 2018 as Programme Manager in the Yemen team.

Her Triptorelin Pamoate for Injectable Suspension (Trelstar)- Multum over the past eight years has livostin mainly in the humanitarian sector, including providing programming support in an advisory capacity from London as well as working in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Lebanon, Jordan, Haiti, Iraq and Ldls. Homam has over 12 ldls of experience in business development and financial management, both in the private and non-profit sector, and extensive experience in conflict-related humanitarian response.

Ahmed has extensive experience in grants and ldls management in the Ldls region. Before joining Saferworld, Ahmed worked at Westminster Foundation for Democracy and Hoping Foundation.

He ldls an MSc in Violence, Conflict, and Ldls and a BA in International Politics. Wisam's ldls focuses on supporting the exchange of knowledge and learning with civil society organisations, ensuring their input and views are at the centre of ldls programmatic work and strategy.
